I visited Illume in Franklin, the front desk staff was very nice. I met with Gigi for a consult and Botox treatment. Gigi was warm and welcoming but also very knowledgeable. During my visit Gigi took her time addressing my concern and made me feel confident with the treatments she recommended. I would definitely recommend both Gigi and Illume.

I went today and got a treatment done by Jessica- she was so very kind and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable and she explained my treatment plan and addressed my goals. I will definitely be coming back!!!

I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Timothy Bruce at the Franklin location! He is SUPER friendly, very thorough, and easy to talk to! I was hesitant to see a male provider, but so glad I did! I had a bad experience previously with bad side effects which made me super nervous about getting the procedure formed again, but he made me feel very comfortable and told me he wanted to see me back right away if side effects did take place again - which made me feel VERY cared for! His nurse Kelche was very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to as well! Overall, they made me feel very well taken care of and took the time to listen & answer all my questions which is huge when it comes to anyone’s health. 10/10 for Dr. Bruce! Can’t wait to see him again!

Gigi is the warmest person in the Franklin office. She’s authentic, who cares about delivering expertise and knowledge when it comes to delivering injectable services. I highly recommend her and Gabriella in the Glenwood office for all your facial needs, you will not be disappointed by either one. Highly recommend both.

I came to Illume for a breast augmentation and boy was it a good decision! I met Dr. Bruce and his nurse Kelcie and they have been the best team I could ever ask for. I had been wanting to do the surgery for 18 years and finally did it. They have been so great at explaining the entire process to me and making sure that I was ready and understanding of how it would happen. I explained that I have had 2 babies and my girls were just not where I wanted them to be anymore. Dr. Bruce sat down with me and explained the different types and sizes of implants and recommended what he thought would be best for my body shape and size. He helped me choose the right ones for me and I am now 6 months post-op and they are so beautiful and exactly what I have always wanted. I am so happy with my results and my team and I am so glad that I chose Illume for my dream boobies!
